BOOKING CONDITIONS 

Deposit of 30% to confirm your booking.  Balance 4 weeks before your arrival.

Damage deposit of  500 € to be paid in cash on arrival. 

Tourist tax included.

The house is suitable for 12 people and 2 babies (0-2 years).

 

Pets not allowed.

Non smoking house - You can smoke outdoors.

Cleaning fee : 80 € 

 

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the house property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT​

Check-in is from 5pm and check-out no later than 10am.​

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 

In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the beginning of the stay, no refund will be made.

We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
