RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROOMS
To validate your reservation, all you need to do is pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the price of your stay and send us proof of this within three working days. We will give you the bank account number where to pay this amount upon receipt of your reservation request. The balance, as well as any consumption, will be paid on site in cash. We cannot cash bank cards. Thank you for your understanding.
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 at the latest.
Please inform us of your approximate arrival time.
No later arrival than scheduled and no early departure will result in a refund.
For dinner, we offer a 3-course menu (starter - main course - dessert) at € 25 / person. In order to guarantee the freshness of the products, this menu is available on reservation. We take into consideration your food preferences (vegetarians or vegans) as well as your possible allergies or intolerances. Please report this at the time of booking.
All rooms are "non-smoking".
For stays of less than 7 days, and in the event of cancellation within 30 days of your arrival, the deposit will be fully transferred to your bank account. After this period, it will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 days or more, the deposit will not be refunded.
In order to avoid any inconvenience, you are of course free to take out cancellation insurance at your expense.
By paying the deposit for your stay, you accept the general conditions of payment and cancellation.
